Overview
Fictor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.
Copyright Ownership
You retain full ownership of all original content you create on Fictor, including content produced with the assistance of Affie. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the copyrights of others.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on Fictor infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@fictor.ai that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@fictor.ai including similar identifying information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
