Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
When you purchase credits on Fictor, computing costs are incurred immediately upon generation. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for credits that have been consumed by generation tasks.
Unused Balance
If you have unused credits remaining in your account and have not consumed any generation, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting billing@fictor.ai. Promotional credits, bonus credits, and free trial credits are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If a verified technical failure on our end caused a generation to consume credits without producing output, we may issue a credit to your account at our discretion. To request a technical credit:
- Email billing@fictor.ai within 24 hours of the failure
- Include the generation ID found in your job history
- Describe the failure — what you expected versus what occurred
By submitting a technical credit request, you consent to our team reviewing your generation logs and associated content to investigate the reported failure.
What We Don't Credit
The following situations are not eligible for credits or refunds:
- You don't like the output produced by the AI
- Content was blocked by safety or content filters
- Slow generation times during high-demand periods
- User error — wrong settings, accidental generation, or duplicate runs
- Excessive or automated requests that violate our Terms of Service
Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact billing@fictor.ai before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks incur significant fees and administrative costs.
If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide your generation logs and usage data as evidence to your bank or payment processor. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
